If you live within the great state of Kentucky, you’re well aware that we are experiencing a ludicrous amount of snow. If you’re luckier still to live in Lousville, you’ve noticed that the ENTIRE CITY HAS SHUT DOWN.
The man and I ventured to the gym this morning to see just how bad the roads were, and after deciding that there was no way we would trust our 16 year olds to drive in, turned around and went back home. During the short time we were gone, another 4″ or so dropped, turning our house and neighborhood into a veritable wonderland.

Friends, stay warm and safe today! Don’t drive unless you absolutely have to. Hopefully, the plows and salt trucks will work their magic. In the meantime, I’ll be under blankets, covered in dog, and watching Netflix.
