Saturday night, Bryan and I had the pleasure of joining several hundred of other Speed Art Museum Patrons for the biggest fundraiser of the year.
Opting to attend the late night portion, we grabbed dinner beforehand at Rye on Market before heading to the museum. With provided valet parking, bar set-ups with Old Forester Bourbon sponsoring, trays of dessert everywhere (including crepe and gelato stations), it seemed like every convenience was provided to the Speed’s guests.
Love Jones and 2nd Wind played well into the night while party-goers boogied hard! We ended our night back where we started- at the bar at Rye, laughing with our friends while sipping cocktails from the new Spring menu.
There’s no doubt that the Speed gala is the best party of the year here in Louisville. Mark your calendars, friends, for the first Saturday in March, and make plans to join us next year!
